PLEASE NOTE:


  1. Order Processing Time:

    • All orders are processed, prepared, and dispatched within 3-5 business days.
    • Note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days, so orders are not processed on those days.

  2. Delivery Time:

    • Once the order is dispatched from the warehouse, delivery typically takes between 8-12 working days.
    • This excludes weekends and public holidays.

  3. If There Is a Delay:

    • If the delivery is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, the company will contact you via email, phone (including text and WhatsApp messages) to notify you about the delay.
