Protein supplement based on pea and sunflower proteins. It has a unique set of amino acids and is an ideal dietary supplement, helpful both before and after training. The rich amino acid profile helps provide muscles with the elements necessary for their regeneration, growth and development. 

Preparation and dosage:

Mix 32g of powder (1 scoop) with 300 ml of cold water or vegetable drink. Pour the liquid into a shaker first and then pour in the powder. Shake well until dissolved.

Recommended intake:

The shake can be consumed after training or as a snack during the day (1-3 servings per day).
